Purchased a mattress from Bi Rite 3 days ago. Matt, service rep, was very helpful, not overbearing and gave an honest opinion of the options we could choose from. Pricing was exceptional. We were pleasantly surprised. Only issue was delivery we were told mid morning next day but didn't arrive till 5:30. Only after we rang to find out where it was we were then told there had been a breakdown with the delivery truck. Fair enough! but better communication would be appreciated. Other than that would definitely go back and recommend their store.

We had a fridge “emergency” in Iluka - these guys were so helpful and really went beyond the call of duty. I rang at 9.30 am, and by 3pm we had a new fridge delivered, installed and the old one taken away. Very much appreciated. The price was competitive and the service was priceless. Thank you.

I purchased a coffee machine online, the website said it was in stock.I wanted to pick it up that afternoon so i rang the store. I spoke with a woman who was very abrupt and she seemed annoyed by my call, turns out the site was wrong and not in stock.So be it, i'll wait.A few days later i got an email from Ryan telling me it was out of stock and would be about a 2 week wait. I called him to see if it was at any other nearby store, he said, no sorry and had already checked for me but would notify me as soon as it arrives.Lovely helpful service from Ryan, thanks 😊
