Delivery & Click and Collect

Once you have placed your order with us Bi-Rite, we will send your order to be processed by your local store. Delivery and collection will be handled by this store, and they will be in touch with you to book in delivery or to let you know when to collect your items. There may be instances where we will send your delivery via a third party courier or delivery service if this option is available in your location.

In all cases we will do our best to ensure your delivery can be completed in a timely manner.

Click and Collect

Click and Collect

You can order your appliances for Click and Collect by selecting your local store at the cart page. Please allow 48 hours for your order to be ready for collection. This time may be increased during public holidays or busy periods. You will be notified by email or phone when your order is ready for collection. 

You are required to bring valid government issued ID to collect the item. The ID must match the name on the online order, or we will not be able to release the items. 

If you would like to cancel delivery and instead collect your items, we can arrange this only before the delivery of your item has been booked in. Please call us on 07 30858130 or contact us here ASAP if you wish to change this.

Where do we deliver?

Bi-Rite Online offers shipping options to a wide range of locations within Australia, starting with around our stores, and then the rest of the country by special arrangement where possible. Delivery will either be a flat rate charge (or free depending on promotions) for areas surrounding our stores or calculated based on your location and the total dimensions & weight of your package(s).

When do we deliver?

Deliveries are generally scheduled during business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If you require a delivery outside of these hours, it will have to be arranged specially when you are contacted to arrange the drop off.

What’s included?

Delivery costs include the basic service of dropping off your appliance to your door. If you require extra services like installation, removing old appliances, recycling the old appliance etc, please ask your local store directly when they contact you to arrange a delivery time.

Delivery pricing

Aside from any free delivery promotions we may run from time to time, we have standard flat rate delivery charges for most items. Charges are shown during checkout.

Please note that some of our stores are in remote locations and they require special over and above costs on top of the basic delivery charge. Places like our store in Nhulunbuy may require you to pay additional amounts for a barge or light aircraft to arrange goods delivery.You will not be charged for additional services until your local Bi-Rite store calls you and arranges it with you prior to delivering your goods. These extra charges due will not be paid through the website, but rather to the store who is arranging these extra services.

Availability

Generally we can be sure that the item will be available for you if our product pages show that your local store has stock (subject to shipping requirements). However, sometimes stock can sell quickly and it may be the case that an item purchased and gone through the shopping cart may have run out prior to completing checkout. If you somehow manage to checkout with an item that is out of stock, we will use a number of methods to get the stock for you, like:

- Ordering it from a Supplier direct to you
- Ordering it from a Supplier to us and then delivered to you

If the above case of stock issues, we will contact you to explain the options. If none of these options are acceptable, the order can be cancelled.
