Delaceys are a well-known and trusted name in the Bowen business community for over 40 years. Beginning in the electrical contracting industry and expanding into electrical retail in 2008. We are locally owned and operated, employing local people and proudly supporting the local community and local events.We have a wide selection of products including Dishwashers, Floor care, Fridges, Freezers, Washing Machines, Dryers, Small Kitchen Appliances, TV, media Personal Care items and Air Conditioning. We are also a Jaycar Reseller and stock a large range of kitchenware. With our electrical contracting side we can also arrange installation of your purchases.

Absolutely have no hesitation in posting a 5-star review for the staff of Bi-Rite Bowen, in particular Roxy, Shannon and Terrence.On my behalf, Roxy promptly and successfully negotiated a warranty claim for my original purchase from over 2 years ago.With the assistance of Shannon I was able to upgrade my initial purchase to a larger model and Terrence installed and set-up my replacement just in time to enjoy using it over the Easter holidays. I found the telephone consultant Kristin exceptionally helpful and it was an absolute pleasure to discuss my concerns, and to do business with Bi-Rite Home Appliances Bowen, aka: Delacey Electrical. A resolution was agreed upon and I am very satisfied with the result of my quick telephone inquiry. The only regret I have is that I didn't contact Bi-Rite Home Appliances Bowen, sooner. I wasted at least 2 hours ringing around the bigger stores, i.e. Harvey Norman and 'The Good Guys?' to go NOWHERE. This friendly, local store leaves them all in the dust in EVERY respect!
