Bi-Rite were right over the target when it came to replacing a failed oven. Friendly, knowledgable and supportive. I paid for the oven in shop on Friday afternoon and Mark delivered it first thing the follwing Monday and trollied it straight into the kitchen downstairs. Thanks again, I'll be back!
