We were going through town, had a new Brass Monkey car fridge that we'd bought at Jaycar Toowoomba and discovered it didn't have the 12 volt adaptor. Birite is a Jaycar distributor and we were hoping to buy one . Not only did the owner have one but he gave it to us for free and said he'd take it up with Jaycar. What fantastic customer service, doesn't get much better than that. Thank you so much!
